As you are aware, you are entitled to have, free
of cost, a copy of the Balance Sheet of the company
and all other documents required under the Companies
Act, 1956 (the "Act") to be attached thereto
at the time of Annual General Meeting as well as
upon receipt of a specific requisition from you,
any time, as a member of the company.
The Ministry of Corporate Affairs ("MCA")
has taken a "Green initiative in the corporate
governance" by allowing paperless compliances
by companies vide a circular dated April 21, 2011
stating that a company would have complied with
Section 53 of the Act, if the service of document
made through electronic mode. In such case, the
company is required to obtain email addresses of
its members for sending the notice / documents through
email by giving an advance opportunity to every
shareholder to register his/ her email address and
changes therein, if any, from time to
time with the company.
To take part in Green Initiative in the Corporate
Governance, we propose to send documents like the
notice convening the General Meeting, Financial
Statements, Annual Reports etc. including Annual
Report for the year ended 31st March, 2011 in electronic
form, to the email addresses of those
members which are available in the Register of Members
of the company.
In case shares held in physical form and there is
any change in your e-mail id, please use the following
form by filling the detail and selecting the option
to receive the annual report. In case of shares
held in electronic form, you are requested to inform
the change in your e-mail id to your Depository
